Standard Delivery Terms
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order on your selected date or within your chosen time window. However, deliveries are fulfilled by third-party couriers, and in rare cases, delays may occur. If this happens, we will notify you in advance whenever possible and offer either an alternative arrangement or a full refund (see clause 1.5).
Deliveries to Hospitals and Hotels
Please note that deliveries to hospital rooms or hotel rooms may not be possible. In such cases, the order will be left at reception. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us at alys.studio.dxb@gmail.com.
Responsibility for Delivery Address
Deliveries are made in good faith to the address you provide. We cannot be held responsible if the intended recipient has moved and the person at the address refuses or fails to return the item(s).
If Delivery Cannot Be Completed
If no one is available to receive the order, or if the delivery cannot be left in a secure location, the courier will return the order to alys-studio.ae. A reattempt will be made during the next available delivery slot.
Delivery Cut-Off Times and Pricing
Before placing your order, please check our current cut-off times and delivery fees. Timed delivery services may be temporarily suspended during peak periods, and cut-off times may change without prior notice.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake, storm), war, terrorism, civil unrest, government sanctions, embargoes, labor disputes, power or communication outages, and other force majeure events.
